Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Push Integration
Connect Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send background and priority mobile push notifications to Android, iOS, and Web apps. FCM uses Firebase Admin SDK with Service Account JSON credentials.
1. Select Push Provider in Integrations Console
Log in to HubNest Console → Integrations at https://app.hubnest.io/developer/integrations. Filter by Push channel. Find Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or Apple APNs, then click CONNECT.

2. Select Routing Mode (Master Account vs Custom API Key)
Choose your billing & routing preference in the popup modal:

- Use HubNest Master Account: Route instantly via HubNest central Firebase contracts with prepaid wallet billing.
- Manual Integration (Custom API Key): Directly connect your own Firebase Service Account JSON file.
3. Paste Firebase Service Account Key JSON & Priority Rank
Fill in your Firebase Service Account Credentials JSON verbatim (containing project_id and private_key) and Failover Priority Rank (1 - Primary Routing Target). Click Test Connection then Save Config.

4. Monitor Live FCM Push Telemetry, Stats & App Open SLA
Open Channels → Push Gateway to view live dispatch metrics, Push Success Rate (100.0%), App Open / Click Rate (9.8%), daily traffic line charts, and interactive delivery donut share.

- Tracks Total Push Dispatch, Successful Delivery, and Device Invalidations.
- App Open / Click Rate target >= 10%.
- Connected to Live Gateway status badge.
5. Push Composer, OS Target Pills & Smartphone Mockup Preview
Click "Individual Send" tab. Fill Target Contact phone/email/token, select OS Target Platform pills (ANDROID, IOS, WEB), enter Notification Title, Notification Body, Deep Link Action URL (e.g. myapp://dashboard), and view live Smartphone Lockscreen Mockup Preview (ANDROID).

6. FCM Notification Channel ID & Dispatch Message
Specify FCM Notification Channel ID (e.g. default_channel_id for Android 8.0+ sound/vibration channels). Select "Send Now" and click "Send Message" to dispatch.

7. Bulk Push Campaigns Dashboard & Dispatched History
Go to Channels → Push → Bulk Campaigns tab. Review past dispatched campaigns (e.g. Database Replication Failure Warning, Weekend Account Statement Ready) with segment, sent date, dispatched count (320), Open Rate (77%), Click Rate (37%), and Sent status. Click "+ Create Bulk Push Campaign" to launch the campaign wizard.

8. Campaign Wizard Step 1: Upload Recipient CSV & Campaign Name
In Step 1 of the Campaign Wizard: Enter your campaign name (e.g. Product_Lunch) and drag-and-drop your recipient CSV file. The preview table auto-detects contact list data (e.g. 5 Contacts: Test User 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

9. Campaign Wizard Step 2: Select Message Template
In Step 2 of the Campaign Wizard: Select your registered push message template card (e.g. __product_launch__feature_announcement - MARKETING). Click Next > to proceed.

10. Campaign Wizard Step 3: Recipient Consent & Opt-Out Rules
In Step 3 of the Campaign Wizard: Toggle "Exclude Opt-Out Registry Subscribers" to automatically exclude blacklisted push notification tokens. Check "Policy Declaration Confirmation" to confirm compliance with mobile push anti-spam carrier regulations.

11. Campaign Wizard Step 4: Schedule Dispatch
In Step 4 of the Campaign Wizard: Choose execution timing mode — "Send Now" for instant broadcast queueing or "Schedule for Later" for automated future dispatch.

12. Campaign Wizard Step 5: Review Dispatch & Send to Full List
In Step 5 of the Campaign Wizard: Review campaign settings (Outbound Queue: 5 Recipients, Template Chosen: __product_launch__feature_announcement, Est. Cost: ₹0.25, Available Wallet: ₹49.95). Click "Send to Full List" or "Send to Test Batch (First 50 only)" to launch live broadcast.
