AWS SES Email Provider Integration
Connect Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for high-volume transactional email delivery with anti-spam scoring and DNS warmup.
1. Select Email Provider in Integrations Console
Log in to HubNest Console → Integrations at https://app.hubnest.io/developer/integrations. Filter by Email channel. Find Amazon Simple Email (SES), SendGrid, or Custom SMTP, then click CONNECT.

2. Select Routing Mode (Master Account vs Custom API Key)
Choose your billing & routing preference in the popup modal:

- Use HubNest Master Account: Route instantly via HubNest central AWS SES contracts with prepaid wallet billing.
- Manual Integration (Custom API Key): Directly connect your own AWS IAM Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.
3. Enter AWS IAM Access Key ID, Secret Key & Region
Fill in your AWS Access Key ID (AKIA...), AWS Secret Access Key, AWS Region (e.g. eu-north-1), Sender Email (From Identity), and Failover Priority Rank (1 - Primary Routing Target). Click Test Connection then Save Config.

4. Monitor Live Email Telemetry, DNS Records & Deliverability
Open Channels → Email Gateway to view live dispatch metrics, Delivery Success Rate (100.0%), Clickthrough Rate (14.5%), daily traffic line charts, and interactive delivery donut share.

- SPF, DKIM & DMARC compliance monitoring.
- Delivery Success Rate target >= 99%.
- Connected to Live Gateway status badge.
5. Individual Email Composer & Template Preset Selection
Click "Individual Send" tab. Enter Target Contact email, select Registered Email Template / Preset or Custom HTML, Subject Line, CC, BCC, Sender Name Alias (e.g. HubNest Support Team), and Reply-To Address.

6. HTML Body Editor, Attach Real PDF Documents & Send
Type rich HTML body text using the HTML editor. Click "Attach Real PDF Invoice" or "Upload Custom PDF File". Select "Send Now" and click "Send Message" to dispatch.

7. Bulk Email Campaigns Dashboard & Dispatched History
Go to Channels → Email → Bulk Campaigns tab. Review past dispatched campaigns (e.g. gtcc, testing, nnhn, tdgdgd, asfddas) with delivered/failed counts (5 Delivered / 0 Failed), Open Rate (20%), Click Rate (0%), and VIEW REPORT actions. Click "+ Create Bulk Email Campaign" to launch the campaign wizard.

8. Campaign Wizard Step 1: Upload Recipient CSV & Campaign Name
In Step 1 of the Campaign Wizard: Enter your campaign name (e.g. product) and drag-and-drop your recipient CSV file. The preview table auto-detects contact list data (e.g. 5 Contacts: Rahul Sharma, Neha Singh, Vikram Joshi, etc. with email addresses).

9. Campaign Wizard Step 2: Select Message Template
In Step 2 of the Campaign Wizard: Select your registered message template card (e.g. __order_confirmation__receipt - TRANSACTIONAL). Click Next > to proceed.

10. Campaign Wizard Step 3: Recipient Consent & Opt-Out Rules
In Step 3 of the Campaign Wizard: Toggle "Exclude Opt-Out Registry Subscribers" to automatically exclude blacklisted email recipients. Check "Policy Declaration Confirmation" to confirm compliance with anti-spam carrier regulations.

11. Campaign Wizard Step 4: Schedule Dispatch
In Step 4 of the Campaign Wizard: Choose execution timing mode — "Send Now" for instant broadcast queueing or "Schedule for Later" for automated future dispatch.

12. Campaign Wizard Step 5: Review Dispatch & Send to Full List
In Step 5 of the Campaign Wizard: Review campaign settings (Outbound Queue: 5 Recipients, Template Chosen: __order_confirmation__receipt, Est. Cost: ₹0.05, Available Wallet: ₹49.95). Click "Send to Full List" or "Send to Test Batch (First 50 only)" to launch live broadcast.
